Cancellation & Refund Policy

We respect that your time is valuable, and we appreciate that you understand ours is too.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations that occur 24 hours or more before the scheduled time are able to be re-booked at no additional cost to the client. We have an automated scheduling system that provides you with an email and text message reminder for your upcoming appointment.

You may reschedule your appointment without any charge up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time. After this, if you are unable to attend you may send someone in your place or forfeit the full cost of the appointment.

Clients who fail to present for their designated appointment, the full cost of the appointment will be appilied and the booking will be subsequently cancelled.

Bendigo Wellness Centre does not issue refunds for cancelled appointments or change of mind.

Product Purchases & Refunds

Products purchased online or in-store cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind. Customers are responsible for ensuring they select the correct product and delivery option before completing their purchase.

Postage & Local Pickup
When placing an online order, customers must select their preferred delivery method at checkout.

If Local Pickup is selected, the customer is responsible for collecting their order from Bendigo Wellness Centre during open hours. Selecting Local Pickup does not entitle the customer to a refund if they later decide they require postage.

If postage is required after an order has been placed, the customer will be required to pay the applicable postage fee before the order can be dispatched.

Faulty or Incorrect Products
If a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, not as described, or otherwise covered by the customer’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law, an appropriate remedy will be provided in accordance with those rights.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded due to change of mind. They cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. Gift certificates cannot be cancelled or refunded once purchased.

This policy does not exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
